This place has a great selection of tile and the showroom is comfortable. There are too many reviews complaining that, "No one asked them if they needed help", and that's malarkey. It's rarely ever crowed and easy to ask one of the employees questions that you have. I'm an introvert and I LIKED being left alone while I contemplated design rather than get hounded. Excellent vendor for pavers, tile, and so much more! Chloe and Annette are always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, making every order seamless. The products are high quality and the service is reliable. Highly recommend!

Decent selection but that’s where it begins and ends. Spent 20 minutes in the store and not one person acknowledge our existence despite employees walking the floor. If you know what you want, maybe their prices are competitive, but if you need help go elsewhere.

They hit my brand new work van , said it was my fault and of course they don’t have cameras … I opened my van doors and stepped away . The ware house guy lied to cover his buddy very rude don’t spend your money here

Came in today holding a tile from a home I purchased just 2 days ago. I didn’t have the box and was clueless as to how I could identify the tile. They were able to look up home as it was built just 3 years ago, and found my exact order! Discontinued tile, but they were able to fill an order for me from another warehouse. Very professional. 1. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment. I just wanted to browse their selections. I was told no, if I was only browsing but if I had EVEN ONE QUESTION that I needed to make an appointment because they are SO BUSY.

Excellent experience in every way. Esposa and I stopped in on a Saturday. Upon hearing us enter, the staff person ran (literally!) from the back of the store to greet us with a big smile. The store's layout was excellent: everything well spaced and nicely arranged. Many samples, styles, and sizes available. Staff person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
