I had Diana Moreno helped me with my tiles purchased from Emser Tile , i got the porcelain tiles from there, and Diana go all out to assisted me with the selections and the purchased . She’s great at her job and very sweet & kind. I love my porcelain tiles flooring . ❤️

Love the selection and the showroom. They have busy counter agents/sales personnel, so you usually have to wait or ask for help... so don't be shy. (No charges when I asked for samples, unlike other places.)
Called and asked Isabelle about some Porcelain tile which I ordered and installed from Emser. Needed advice on how to drill holes, and she was SO helpful, called me back w/ the name of the
