Entire store is great but Tracy Wilson is a Rock 🪨 Star ⭐️. How she is able to keep track of the order for my entire new home is beyond me… months after taking delivery, she could immediately find several grout colors for products that should have already bern installed but for various reasons were delayed…

Ohhhhh!!!! Emser you never let us down. This tile installation came out Perfect. The wavy tile looks just right in the upstairs shower we just completed! The Misty Gray countertop was the complementary accent pieces that this shower needed. We used the rest of the slab to finish off the bench, window sill, ninch, edges and we used it as a door Transitions to give it a complete look. Thank you to

Hilda and Tracy have been amazing. They both went above and beyond my expectations in pricing, coordinating, shipping and excellent communication. They located a beautiful product for my client and were able to get it to Houston in an expeditious manner. You ladies deserve kudos, accolades and gold stars!!!!! Great selections our clients love. Our rep is awesome, very communicative, and is always updating our Design Center with new material. No selections are ever backordered for long periods of time (which is commonplace nowadays as many builders know). Our tile setter loves when we have Emser Tile on a project because he knows he's only likely to have to come back for any final punch work.
