Horrible servic, initially it’s a very nice vibe, but after you pay delivery times get mixed up, we where told our order would be in in a Wednesday (ina a voicemail) because of weather (understandable). When we called to confirm the rep said “no I said Friday” we took the hit and showed up Friday expecting to get the order at 730 as they said it would be ready by then, after 30 minutes waiting in

I have ordered a lot of tile from this place and everyone time I go pick it up it’s always the same experience. The staff members are very rude. They definitely hate their jobs

This branch is very unorganized, the parking lot and warehouse are a mess. We were without a rep for over a year. I have been waiting for a Credit for going on 11 months. The branch, Corporate and Credit department operate as if on different planets. Maybe someone in some ivory tower will read this.

Emser tile Haltom City always has quick service they are friendly, a valuable company for general contractors. You do not have a long wait like other tile companies in the immediate area when picking up materials and they make sure your order is right. Highly recommend.

Jacob H. Provided wonderful customer service and answered all of my questions about the choices I was considering for my kitchen tile. I was very impressed with this branch and will be back to order when we are ready!

Hours say they're open 8a-1p on Saturday. It's 9:54a and the lights are off, doors locked, no answer on the phone. Hard to pick up my order if they're not open when they say they are ..
