I went in and was waited on by L. She was helpful and showed me various options. When I decided on what I wanted, she provided me a quote. However, when I presented that quote to the tile installer, he informed us that we were charged incorrectly. The following day, he provided us with a new quote that was double the original. Bad customer service!!!The woman at the counter offered no assistance and acted very arrogant ( relax, your not the company CEO). Bought some decorative rock but realized they gave us the wrong one. We brought it up to our contractor who then contacted Richard at Emser. While on speaker phone, he told my contractor that I could return it with no charges or any issues. They let us take a sample tile to match with other pieces of the kitchen project and were very patient with the multiple return trips it took to find the right color and pattern. Found a tile I liked. When I was about to place an order, the sales associate told me its out of stock. Why keep out of stock items on display in the store. Anyways, after a couple weeks, it was back in stock. Took a couple weeks for the order to arrive in the store and when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong tile. Great tile, horrible customer service. We have gone on four separate occasions, not once were we greeted, or told "we will be right with you", "how can I help you", it was just, "look on that wall" or "no". We are not big spenders but we were returning clients, when we paid for the order the woman didn't even say "Thank You". Handed me a receipt and scoffed the arrival time and date. We were given
