Got a door immediately but it took them over 4 hours to load the trailer. I Arrived at 1:32 and left 5:30+. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The loader had to wait after every pallet because they started wrapping, putting the load together and loading the trailer all at the same time

Maybe for everyone is different but my experience was nice fast unloading and the facility has a lot parking space sometimes depends the day and people

Let me tell you my story. My appointment was at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 10:00 AM and asked if they could load me earlier because I had a long way to drive. They started loading me at 3:00 PM and finished in 10 minutes. During that time, they were asleep or not even there — I was the only one there to get loaded.
I understand that I came earlier and they weren’t obligated to load me, but there’s some

Never coming here again...they gave ma a door @ 7am it's now 3:30pm still waiting to be loaded despite being on time...asked several times... nobody cares

Guard guy is a hoot. Ladies in the office were really cool. I got here at 1030, got a door, but was told I probably won't get loaded until my appointment time @ 1430. While I was hoping to be in and out before houston traffic, they did say I can park here for a few hours, but they close the gate at 0100.

Was early for a 4:30 appt and was out by 5:00 great people but need to have them stretch the load out heavy in the nose of trailer had to slide my tandems all the way up and was 33,300 on drives and 30,185 on trailer tandems so still ok but have them stretch it out ok

For truckers- hi my appointment was 20.30pm and I check in 18.15pm and now 22.30pm they are not starting loading my truck yet and I spoke to them they said maybe there start loading in 1hr because they’re short handed so that’s not trucker’s problem,that’s the reason I am giving them 1star
