Had to stop by today to pick up a small tile order for my dad who’s sick right now and had such a great experience with Rob and Sean! Rob was so kind and accommodating and went out of his way to help as did Sean at the counter. I had a great experience working with Abdur Aziz at Emser Tile. It had been a while since we had discussed our tile choice, which was natural silver travertine. He requested that we can come back in to look at the tile again since the look had slightly changed. That impressed me. He has had to communicate with a few people on our team and he was always available to answer questions or add more

BEWARE OF 25% RE-STOCKING FEE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
They never mentioned any re-stocking fee while I made my purchase and I was told I could return unused boxes as long as they are not opened so I ended up buying more than I need to be on safe side but when I returned the left overs they charged me 25% re-stocking fee for the boxes I never opened. The sales staff at Emser is exceptionally helpful. And Heather is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help find the right tile even when as in our case...we were trying to find a good match for slate tile installed in our home 15 years ago.

Closed without notice (03 SEP 22). I drove 65 miles to come pick up a pre-order and they are closed. The website states they are open, and the phone line does not have hours of operation message. I called the office 3x during business hours, no answer just keeps ringing. Gas is expensive and time is a non-renewable resource. Will NEVER buy from them again. Great service from Kimberly and a wide variety of samples and selections. We made choices that fit our needs for a bathroom remodel. As I remember Kimberly said they did not carry Stone but have abundant selection of tiles.
