I’m so happy with my new luxury vinyl planks flooring. My flooring Consultant, Corrine Green was wonderful! She was very pleasant to work with! She was very knowledgeable. The installers came the next day and they did a great job! The floors look fantastic! Three Cats friendly!

Our initial contact with the sales team was very cordial and professional. John Gravelle and Michael Dumas were both present to provide us with a flooring estimate and to explain flooring choices and procedures. Very pleased with the sales rep and install for our carpet. Both were professional and prompt. I actually was referred by an old friend of mine who is a rep in St Augustine named Brent Morrison. He is not often right, but he was on the money with the quality of Empire. We love our new carpet it was much needed!

Had a fantastic experience getting wood looking Vinyl flooring in my bedroom and guest room and new carpet in my media rom. Johnny was our sales person and was knowledgeable in helping us select our flooring and very friendly to work with. Installation for media room carpet was fast and easy - next day. Within a week our vinyl was installed and again painless. Very happy!
