I simply ask the price of a square foot of carpet, the response was we do not offer pricing over the phone. I asked for a supervisor, was put on hold for 10 mins, and then hung up on. I called back, spoke with another "employee", don't really think they are employee's, rather just a call center. I received the same response, "we do not have that information". I have been in business for 24 years,

My 83 year old mom saved 4 years to get a new floor and empire installed the wrong floor and left spots uneven, so NOT SAFE for an 83 year old.
A manager came out and said they were going to replace it for her and now no one is calling her back or taking her calls, she has cried over how they are treating her.
We’ve been trying to get this fixed for months.
I think we’ll get a lawyer if Empire doe
