They didn’t understand me when I told them I didn’t want the cord around they didn’t speak English. The floor looks nice and they did a good job with the floor but not the cord around.

Our rep Ric was very professional in presenting your products and showing us samples. We were putting new flooring in 3 rooms. When the installers arrived with the products we changed our minds about what to put in the thitd room. They changed the order and returned to do the 3rd room a few days later. Empire Flooring Sales Rep Jeren came to my home twice. The Rep was wonderful & this is not a review of him but of the company. On the second visit, which was Friday Sept. 5th, I was completing paperwork to purchase & install flooring...when the Rep said this was something new but he was required to ask me if I was a citizen of the United States. Working with Empire Today was wonderful. Orion, flooring consultant was professional and very patient. He came out twice to make sure we were getting the right floors for us. The installers were professional and punctual. An amazing job in 3 rooms was completed in 1.5 days. I'll be using Empire when we're ready to do more rooms.

Great customer service from Miss Abby. She went above and beyond listening to what my husband and I visioned for our master bathroom. She gave us examples of past projects, brought in tiles for us to choose from. Kelly is an awesome person. She walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and was extremely patient with us throughout the entire installation. She was even kind enough to assist us with a few other projects! Kelly was always very responsive and took great care of us! We are so happy with our floors and she even helped us pick out the colors!
