Mike went above and beyond — something that feels genuinely rare these days. He serviced my fireplace and made sure everything was in perfect working order just in time for the first freeze of the season. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. These guys are awesome! They were quick to get me on the schedule and easy to work with. My pilot light was out on my fireplace and they replaced it within an hour and cleaned up after. Highly recommend them!

Mike and his team (Noah and Alex) did a complete overhaul of the frame and screen on our gas fireplace. They also replaced all the flame components. Mike is very knowledgeable and Noah worked hard to get the job done in one day. Very happy with our “new” fireplace and absolutely recommend Empire Flame!

Mike, Noah and Alex removed a bulky freestanding heart on both sides of our fireplace. Then they installed a tile floor level hearth and a modern stainless remote control fireplace with glass gold glass chips rather than logs.
We gained significant space around the fireplace and no longer bump into the raised mantle.
But importantly, we now use the fireplace daily instead of twice a year.
