One of the worst experiences with a "professional company". Company contracted an outside worker for the job (job entailed: installing solid wood flooring, sanding, and staining). Installment of wood floors was for one room alone (add on room that did not have existing floors) - sanding & staining was for the entire home (original floors throughout the rest of the home).
