Consummate professionals from start to finish. Beautiful property in a safe and interesting neighborhood with tons of floorplan options. Quiet building with well thought out amenities. Close to the lake and trails. A welcome box that was above and beyond! Made it home for me right away. 🙂

From the moment we arrived for our initial tour, we felt welcomed, informed, and confident in our decision. The price of the rent is for the location not the apartments.
The things I love about it is the area, it’s close to my job, storage here is cheap, the park, the view, and restaurants that are walking distance.
The appliance are outdated does not match the price. Little to no closet space in the apartment.
I have had so many issues moving into this apartment i haven’t be here a month yet.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Elora and the Lakeside DFW neighborhood. Siobhann cleaned my apartment so thoroughly before I moved in - it was obvious that her "secret sauce" is the love she pours into her work. I had a great experience moving into this apartment community. From the start, the leasing process was smooth and well-organized, Micheline was amazing, she was friendly, responsive, and helpful with every question I had. Move-in day went exactly as planned, and the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Beautiful community

Gave a 5 star review when I moved in; unfortunately I needed to retract it. Lived here 4 months only & so many issues to count . When you say luxury, you pay higher rent & fees so you don't have to be concerned with little things, such as:
1. Light Bulbs - They have 3+ types of light bulbs that are used inside each apartment; including under the cabinet lighting that you are responsible for order

The maintenance crew at Elora are excellent and provide a prompt, efficient and effective support every time we need them. The best support that we have received at any apartment complex in the DFW area.
