Yesterday was my first time in Elliot’s and I just loved everything about it. Great selection and great employees with so much knowledge. Had to go back multiple times for different paint samples and they all know me by name now! Victor and Ken are awesome. They’re both so personable and were very patient with me on my mission to find my favorite paint shade! Thank you guys so much!

Before Elliot’s ever came to Fairview, I had always heard stories about the Dallas location offering superior customer service, with staff that can help you find just about any hardware item, nut/bolt, etc that you could ever need. Last weekend, I experienced the outstanding service I had heard about the Elliot’s brand.

Elliott's Hardware is not just a hardware store, it's my opinion it's more so a General Store from the past. I was amazed at the customer service. I was amazed that they actually had employees that were working and not on their cell phone:) I was amazed that every employee I came across gave me a feeling they were happy I was there, and treated me like I was a regular long time customer. It was OK if they did not have what I was looking for, but typically Elliot says I go to hardware store for items that are harder to find at a regular big box store. Unfortunately they did not have the air compressor fittings that I needed at this particular location, but always helpful staff that is polite and willing to help answer questions

Went in with multiple projects needing to get help figuring out bolt sizes. Cary was amazing! He helped me pick out the bolts and made an intimidating trip to the hardware store so easy for me:)

Victor is my go to guy for all things. From paint, bug spray, tools and recently a grill/smoker, he is the person I seek for advice. He is always friendly, patient and knows where everything is and what I need for all projects. I go to Elliott’s because I get personalized help. Skip the big box stores and support local. It’s a much better experience.

If you visit Elliots Hardware in Fairview look for Victor! I called ahead to make sure Elliots had the product that I was looking for. When I arrived an hour later, due to a long drive to get there, he recognized me looking at the product and remembered that I called. The item was big that I needed so he helped me to the car.
