If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered these floors January 10th, it’s February 9th and I still haven’t received my order. They tell you the completion of your order is 7 to 14 business days and then 3-5 business days for delivery which is very clear and apparent that this is a lie. Love the flooring, 1/2” silver gray fleck 10%. I’m upgrading my garage gym from horse stall mats and honestly this was pretty close to the same price. I don’t know why people don’t do this the first time, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. Most of the flooring places had around the same prices, the difference is Elite’s shipping rate was HALF of everybody else. Also, the product arriv

I got a small amount of rubber flooring to cover my workbench. They cut it oversized which was nice! UPS messed up the delivery, but I got it eventually. Elite Floor Supply customer service was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I ordered rubber flooring for my home gym that I also work out of (I am a trainer). The 1/2 in thickness is perfect for what I need. The floor arrived in great condition, looks really nice in my gym space, and I absolutely love it so far for lifting, functional training, and mobility work. It has been 10 business days and still no update on shipping. I have emailed multiple times but the response is "Waiting to hear from the Wearhouse." I do however appreciate the quick email responses and the ease of the chat service on the website.

Customer Service and Ordering Difficulties: I ordered some samples, which arrived in 5-7 days. The samples were not labeled, and the thickness were not as ordered. One of the thickness appears to be 1/16". Being concerned about the final shipped thickness of an order I called customer service to inquire.
