BEWARE. This company is highly unethical and basically running a service-fee scam. I hired them to repair an ice maker. When the tech arrived, I explained the error code and told him the pump was failing. He tried searching the generic model number, said he’d keep looking, and left after charging a 125 dollar diagnostic fee.
He never called back.

I’m very impressed ! They came out and diagnosed my GE Cafe’ refrigerator that I purchased 15 years ago . They gave me an exact estimate of repairs and fix’t my refrigerator perfectly and saved me approximately $3k in purchase ing another new cafe’ refrigerator . The new one before tax is $3,700.oo before taxes and the repair was well less than $700.oo . I will certainly call them again if and win

1/5 because I payed and he came to fix my washing machine. 1 day later I used it once and it didn’t work. Called he came again. He said it’s “fixed” and I tried it and nope. I called him for the third time and again he said it’s “fixed” and used no work… I basically payed for this guy to come in my house to do absolutely nothing. This guy was also watching a YOUTUBE TUTORIAL to fix my washing mach

Elite appliance saved the day for me. Waylon showed up very quickly after I called and had my washer fixed in no time. Thank goodness too since I had a washer full of sopping wer towels.
