Kenson came and listened to our water heater needs, came up with a plan and installed our new system. He was competent, hard working, trustworthy, and kind. When we ran into a few tough spots he worked on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was in order and we had hot water. We appreciate all his hard work and would definitely recommend his services to anyone with water heater needs.

Kyle was amazing! He walked us through every possible situation with every different price option for our plumbing issue. He was patient with my questions and made sure I really understood what the process would look like. We didn’t have a service done (at least not yet), he came to give us an estimate. But I think he did such a good job with the estimate and explaining everything that it warrante

We needed plumbing services to replace a cracked toilet flange. Lane was very knowledgeable and fixed everything including the flange, then completed the rest of toilet installation too. He also helped us out with some valve repairs for under the kitchen sink. He went above and beyond to help us reinforce the main water valve outside as well. He showed up on time and did a quick and thorough job.

Kenson did an excellent job solving the problem with our tankless water heater- and after 4 pm on a Sunday! He took time to ask the right questions and get a thorough history of the ongoing problem, and went the extra mile to get us back up and running with hot water.

Absolutely ridiculous prices and poor customer service. Their technician Kyler quoted me $1400 for a simple water heater swap. That was only for labor since mine is under warranty. He would not contact Bradford White. He told me I had to make the claim and then to call him back when the new tank came in. Then he wanted $600 just to cap my water line feeding the tank. We call to have an estimate on Wednesday for minor plumbing rough in for our new shop. Kyler was our rep and very nice but that is where our "good experience" ended. Our quote was promised by the end of the day Wednesday. After noon on Thursday ai had to call because we never received our estimated.
