I've never had any issues with Jim's demeanor (per some of the other reviews) - he's always been pleasant to communicate with and very helpful. He's my go-to for Rubio Monocoat products. I've also purchased some Marmoleum for a project of mine.

Great place. Best deal on non-toxic household items such as paint non toxic coatings and the owner tells it like it is when it comes to non-toxic. Ecowise sells the best quality products on the market and if Jim doesn't sell something he tells you where to get. If it's cheaper for you to buy something and it's not from him he tells you very quickly.

The owner know his products, but is super abrasive. I went in to buy some samples of stain (he charged me $25 for 3 sample containers that cost $2 each on the manufacturer's website). He proceeded to grill me about my project, interrupted me repeatedly to tell me that all of my decisions about products and assembly are terrible, and I left feeling totally rattled. He can run his business however h

They have a product I would like to purchase but my gut is telling me to just order from the manufacturer instead. Person on the phone is cold and cuts you off when you speak. Has an attitude when explaining his product. Makes me hesitant to purchase from this store.

Please DO NOT go here. Low quality products, rude and extremely overpriced for what you're getting. Terrible experience here. To make matters worse, the contractor Ecowise uses for their wood floor installs skipped the state and moved to Florida with our money. Through our own measures and no help from Ecowise, we got our money back. Don't make the mistake by giving this place your business. You'l

Cool, so I bought three for my kids, Once I got home and opened them, out popped a flyer stating that they were made in the united states of CHINA!!! WTF??? Learn your product lady and don't hype your chineese made cr

I tried to buy a berkey 2 gallon water filter with flouride filters. They were going to charge me $349. He is allowed to charge me whatever he wants, but he tried to tell me amazon was not any better. Amazon was $60 cheaper, even on their worst deals, and usually threw in a tumbler of some sort.

Good products. The owner is generally who you deal with and he is a rude and unhelpful. Seriously, the guy should show up with a shirt on that reads: "Wanted: People Skills".
