We had such a great experience. The consult was so helpful and we felt secure moving forward. They were flexible with scheduling and got back to me on questions even on a Sunday! They matched our floor transitions perfectly and I’m so glad we went with the recommended blue grout. They got tedious work done in several rooms within the week.

In love with my new kitchen that Daniel and his team did for me! I live in a double wide but that did not limit Daniel's imagination! I went to many places and once I said mobile home most lost interest! But not Daniel, he treated me with respect and made sure all details were taken care of. Will definitely use them again for my master bathroom. I absolutely love my new space!

This store is a jewel in our area of few choices. They have materials in all price ranges and offer excellent design help. They've helped me plan many remodel projects. I've attached several project photos of flooring and tile, *some are unfinished.*

Wanted deluxe vinyl plank flooring over old ceramic tile with large grout lines. One company said no, another said not unless you take out the tile, another said we don't like to install that way. Daniel said not a problem. He gave us a good price and acquired the vinyl plank not in his catalog that we wanted.

This is my second complaint in regard to this company. My flooring was laid in May of this year. At that time, I brought to the attention of the ETF installer the squishing sound I heard when walking on my master bedroom floor. The installer admitted it was caused by my slab being un-level and it would settle down over time.
