The worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. Between the lies, the non responses from text and calls were unbelievable. I am not in the business of just giving money away, they tried to take my money with nothing in return. After waiting for “blueprints” for 5 months I requested my money back via text and voice messages. No one returned my calls. I finally showed up at their place of busines

Bathroom remodel started the project in May of 2022 and finally finished by December of 2022. Walls installed were not straight in master. Shower floor had to be re-done after discoloration in the grout was a problem. Organizing the workers was poorly managed. Contractor would not communicate any timelines and workers would show up unexpectedly and other times the workers would not show up at all.

Heard of Dan when a friend of mine had her home remodeled and was happy. I had previously gotten several quotes from other contractors however having someone who had 1st hand experience was comforting to me. My experience was vastly different from hers.

This family owned business treats you like family when you walk in the door. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster to get our carpet and flooring replaced. They worked with us to find materials that would be in stock sooner than others so that the job could move forward faster.

We have tried to go by and deal with this in person to fix the flooring, we were lied to our faces that the floor would be fixed we tried calling only to be completely ignored.
Our flooring is shredding at the seams and they dont want to fix thier install. We now have 2 inch wide gaps in the flooring, cause the product is braking into pieces.
