I have had 2 buyers land in this community, great builder and great experiences with Steven Garcia. He held my clients hands all the way through the process, a true professional. This community sells itself, great development and great location. I will definitely be bringing more buyers to the community and hopefully will be working with Steven again!

This is our first home and although we were very excited at the beginning, communicating has been so stressful. We have to follow up with same question multiple times with sales rep. Our home is still in the process of building and I am so frustrated from having to follow up multiple times. And when he does respond, it's very vague or short. Not detailed enough so we have to follow up again. Very

Found our home and 3 weeks later closed and moved in. Our own inspector found no structural issues - answered all our questions and worked with us well through out the entire process. We love our new home and look forward to many years here.

Katie, our daughter and I have been in our new house for just over two months. We're very happy with the house, the neighborhood and the help provided by DR Horton, specifically by Jonathan Williams and Nathan.
Our purchase was contingent upon the sale of our old house in Rhode Island, Some unexpected complications in the sale of that house required us to change our financing plans a couple times
