We have had a couple jobs done by Dynamic Carpet, and they are amazing!! This week, we had a plumbing accident. Water had gotten into our garage and under our hard wood floors. Needed carpet cleaning ASAP but had to wait close to a week for an appointment. Then a week later 'Brian' called same day as my appointment to reschedule for a week later which was already heinously late. This is after being told that I could get an appointment that same weekend. By the sounds of it they were overly concerned with booking a larger job instead of respecting my appointment time.
