We had a great experience with this roofing company and are so thankful we chose them. They removed our solar panels, repaired all of the holes left behind, and completed a full roof maintenance. Dwell Roofing is always so easy to work with! JC came out the next day to look at our roof and give us an honest assessment of what was needed (including pictures to show where we had damage). The work was scheduled and completed within a week, and looks great!

UPDATE: I used Dwell again, since I've had such a great experience with Andrew Griggs in the past. This time we did the full roof replacement. My roof was already deteriorating before the wind storm took off a bunch of shingles. I knew this was the time, and it was MY decision to get a full replacement. There was no pressure from Andrew to do a full replacement.

Jordan came out in a timely manner to give me his honest opinion not only about my skylights (the reason for the visit) but the roof as well. He gave me multiple options and was willing to give the “fixes” a try before replacement. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to help.

I had a tree fall on my house during a recent storm. I was referred to Jordan at Dwell roofing and contacted him. He had a repair crew out the next day and took care of it immediately. Normally I would expect to pay more for that level of service, but the price was morr than fair!
I will definitely use Dwell for any future roofing needs!!

Used them for full roof replacement several years ago. Just used them again for routine maintenance. Excellent experience. They were able to get out same day (I know, not always going to happen, but still nice). JR was great to work with. Very thorough and professional. JC was very knowledgeable and identified the root cause of our vent leak. Hassle free and great communication. They replaced roof decking and even some shingles. These are the right people to call.
