Great experience with Dungan’s Flooring from start to finish. Tony worked with me on my budget and made the project possible, which I truly appreciated. His son Jake was also very helpful and easy to work with.

I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is

We had a great experience working with Dungan 's Floors! Right from helping us selecting the right tile for our patio, to getting it installed in one day, everyone at Dungan's Floors have been exceptional! Dungan’s Floors just installed new hardwoods in my home. Communication is excellent. They helped me find a good match for my existing floors. Their installation team did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

I hired these guys to do a backsplash and fireplace project. I am, to say the least, difficult at times to deal with. I don't like dust and I had a few nuances to my job that required some sequencing with a couple of other vendors. Things almost went awry and way off schedule, my reaction was closer to a tantrum than it was expressing frustration.

We recently used Dungan's for a main bath remodel. The entire team at Dungan's was a pleasure to work with... Linnie, Tony, Jonathan and Gabriel. Project took 3 weeks and everything came out great! Dungan's handled the entire program from design, demo, and build/install. The only contractors we had to hire ourselves were the painters (we use PaintMor) and we bought all of the bathroom hardware

If you can work with Tony from the start, you'll have the best experience. Tony and the installers working for Dungans are on top of it. I love supporting local businesses who do better work but are getting undercut by "big box" discount stores. My feedback, however, would be to improve their first line business processes.
