Christian was awesome. Friendly, totally a professional, very courteous, no pressure at all. He was very informative & explained the problem with our unit. He suggested we contact the company we had just purchased a new home from rather than he sell us the needed coolant. We will definitely use your company for any future problems. Great guy!!

Honestly a great business!!! Quick on the phones as well as coming out to check out any issues. Work efficiently and quickly to solve your issues! Even will show you what the issue is through photos and videos and give different options if available. Had a fan go out on my AC unit and they came out super quick, had to order a part but they are very transparent in explanation. Answered all my quest

My regular ac company couldn't make it out to repair my ac, so I called Dugger- didn't like the guy who answered the phone, but Christian came out to do repair and was great! He listened to what we KNEW was wrong with it, repaired it and it's working better than ever. Worked quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running. After being in the heat for 2 days we were happy to have our ac cool

Great service as scheduled. Protocol followed with ETA message. Sam, wearing company shirt, driving identifiable truck, identified issued and presented an estimate with a clear explanation and reasonable price. I highly recommend this company that hires knowledgeable technicians. In a scale of 1-10 Sam has a "10" from me.

After calling 3 ac people out to look at our issue with the ac...I was beyond frustrated and just over it. The last person to come out was Rob. He was very professional! And saved us a LOT OF MONEY!!! He even offered a short solution till his crew was able to come out and replace the ac. Even the crew that came out, was very professional and very nice. I noticed at 4:30 pm on last Saturday that one of our three office A/C system units, with two in the attic, started leaking down through our drop ceiling, so I called the emergency number and Michael with Dugger called me back within 15 minutes.
He recommended that we turn all units off, which I did, and he would come to the office Sunday morning at 8:30 am to check it out.
