So happy with our new home! DSW did a complete rebuild of our hurricane Ida damaged house. Everyone worked hard, was very knowledgeable in their respective craft, all friendly and helpful. Special thanks to both Project Managers Roger Mantano and Jose Estrada! These men got it done! Thank you so much to everyone involved in the construction of our new home! Mark Claibourne was the project manager that came to my home to assess damage due to hurricane Helene. He showed up on time, was friendly and very professional. He was very patient, took his time and was extremely thorough. He asked questions that other “claim adjusters” have never bothered to ask in the past. I am not sure how other branches operate, but I highly recommend the Asheville group!

Please stay away from this company. They were coming in to fix storm damage. Our home is more damaged than when they began. Our level floors are now unleveled, their workers scraped lead based paint into our soil, they smoked and drank in my house and it now smells horrendous, we have giant holes in our sub floor and the list goes on. This company was referred to me by Restore Louisiana after Hurricane Ida. I found that the work was done too quickly. I realized that when it rains, the work done to the patio sustains a lot of rain and there was leakage from the new part added which was not the same material as I had before.
