Heather at Brightland Homes @ Veramendi is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment we inquired about working with Brightland, there was not a question left unanswered. Above all else, she is personable, professional, and most of all, friendly. She truly made us feel right at home, and ultimately made our home-buying decision easy for us. There's not a thing we would change!

Tanya Granato and Gehan are amazing!! Tanya is a rockstar with a shining personality. And Gehan builds beautiful homes in a favorable price range. As a Realtor, I expect to get my clients the best possible deal and accountability when dealing with Builders. These guys are definitely hitting the expectation and then some. Highly recommend! I absolutely love Gehan homes in Veramendi! Tanya is so great at explaining the community, floor plans, amenities ect. Every time I walk into the model she is able to answer all my questions with a smile. We need more reps like Tanya ! Great team and product overall. Highly recommend:)

Brightland Homes does not honor their warranty of one year. You find things wrong submit tickets/warranty and they ignore you. I submitted 3 tickets/warranty problems. I have been in my home less than 30 days My garage door does not work. I am elderly and my Husband has stage 4 cancer. And no response!!! Do not buy. I saw bad reviews but I figured there are always some. But they are TRUE.

We purchased from Gehan 13 months ago about 2 miles from Veramendi at the Settlement at Gruene. Since then we are having an issue with warranty management and Hank (Construction Manager) regarding issues with our sidewalk concrete being completed.
There have been holes since before we closed and they responded at first they would be fixed during the warranty process. Warranty process has come and

I am writing this review to make people aware that when you put your deposit and pay for your upgrades all be good, but when this builder cannot deliver what you paid for , they will get nasty with you and you cannot even have your money back for upgrades you paid. I tried to reach out to supervisor she wont respond or work with you on any resolutions of your problem and complains. I was told take

This location is by appointment only, which is not clearly stated on website. Website only shows you can schedule a tour (which is a preference). Arrived to model home with opened hours and outside stated that counselor was with customer but that the home was not closed. We called x3 and waited outside the home while we waited for a response.
