Be careful buying a spec house in this community, make sure you check all your paperwork, if you just sign off on a house that hasn’t been completed yet they will leave out obvious things that should come with house. Check your paper work - make sure you don’t order a house without hardware, the cabinets cheap coating will chip within 2 weeks, the warranty guys will say they are going to come out

It is unfortunate that your sales people treat prospect buyers like idiots. No 5000 is not normal for earnest money, it is absolutely ridiculous and laughable that John and Tosha thought we were too stupid to believe it. No I do not want to buy your spec home, I want to buy the lot I want not the lot YOU want. Let me touch base on Tosha for a second, when a prospect buyer tells you they are NOT
