Our experience purchasing a home with Gehan has been horrible. The quality and craftsmanship has been drastically disappointing and we are now three months post closing with minimal progress resolving issues. I have had the VP of construction to my home several times and have still seen minimal progress despite being told it will be made right. I have been horribly disappointed with my Gehan home

Gehan in Central Texas has been easy to work with during our home building. We were able to pick out and design our home with minimal stress thanks to their great staff. I bought a house less than a year ago which was our first house and we were so excited but buying a gehan (now brightland) has been such a let down. I can’t get the contractors to email me back about completing work that was promised when we signed the contract and our 90 day walk though has not even been touched. We are about to be on our year walk and I don’t even know when any of that work will
