Update: +1 star. After our initial review Dr. Hardwood offered to replace the damaged quarter round. They did pre-paint it, which was great, and the install was quick. They didn’t caulk or fill in the nail holes, so we had to do that part ourselves. They also didn’t replace the damaged quarter round in the closets, so we’ll need to take care of that as well. Dr hardwood and their team helped me
install 1800SF of solid hardwood flooring. Once it was installed they sand and finished the floor to bring it to life and provide an excellent coating to protect the wood. Highly reccomend Layne and his team they were excellent 10/10

We contacted Dr Hardwood to get a quote on our engineered hardwood floors. They were dull and lightly scratched up. Layne came by to give a quote and explained the process of a screen and recoat. We closed on a home and the floors are engineered hardwood. They looked worn and had some bare spots but we didn’t want to replace them.
