He came to our house twice to check our flooring issue, once to look at the problem, then with a follow-up to provide extra information that might help us with our builder warranty. His team is amazing. We had a situation in which we thought the floors were damaged beyond repair. We legitimately thought they would have to be cut/replaced in many places. However they saved them and honestly made them look better than they have ever looked. I cannot recommend them more. Oh and the price was extremely fair.
