They don’t take good items “resale able” back! Bosses rule. If you can buy else where where returning from over purchase is welcomed then do so.. the companies not takin returns. Stop buying from them. It’s real simple in life! The customer is the boss

We've shopped Dow since I was a kid in the 1970s. Glad to see them still in business bc I know when I walk in, I'm going to find/get what I need.

As soon as I went inside, the two ladies in the front desk keep talking until one decide to "help me." She grabbed my notebook with my drawing of my fence and started to write in her computer. Not even one question asked, what about "what kind of fence, thickness, coat??? Nothing. She put my notebook at the desk with an estimated. It was like I killed her dog, except I didnt. I went to a fence
