The owner started out by bringing in inexperienced workers that were left unsupervised with the A/C running the entire time, causing dust to settle throughout the entire house and in the vents. That’s only the beginning of the issues! They started laying the flooring with huge gaps from the very start. When we questioned them why and asked them to start over they said they would. Very poor workmanship. If I could leave a 0 I would. Rather than correcting the bad job they did or working with you on a resolution they just slapped a mechanics lien on your house.

Just completed a project with Doug. His prices are great, and he was good at keeping us up to date throughout the process. Augustine and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and took pride in their work. We are more than pleased with the project, will use them again, and certainly recommend them to our friends.

Doug and his crew did a great job on a new install, Both bathroom floors and a full tiled shower. Work was fair priced and a quick installation.
