We provided CAD and BIM services to Dorian Bahr and they were satisfied with the deliverables throughout. However, a final invoice of over $700 remains unpaid.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They did a shoddy job of remodeling a house I bought from them. Shower pan was installed improperly. Tankless water heater was installed improperly. Curtis was extremely rude to my real estate agent during the transaction. Unprofessional documentation of repairs was provided and questionable labor was used. Responsiveness and communication were pretty terrible making projects to move forward almost impossible. Very difficult to get anything done. If communication is important to you I recommend treading carefully
