We have use Doctor Cool for many years. They first installed AC unit in a house we owned in Galveston and after moving to the mainland we have had a new AC installed along with a generator. The service is always exceptional. Always available in emergency situations to bail us out. Paul has been servicing or generator and goes above and beyond. Needed emergency service on a Sunday at 8pm. This company was the only one we could find to be able to respond before Monday. They had a technician at the house in about an hour. The technician (Sakis) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped educate us on the issue so that we can keep this from happening again in the future. He had everything corrected and was on his way in an hours

Smiley is an excellent technician with a lot of years experience. He goes above and beyond checking all the systems and everything inside and outside the house. I will definitely use him again. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I have a program with the company and there was not even a trip charge to come out and check everything. Excellent all the way around.
