Great customer satisfaction! From Seth making it so easy to make sure I was satisfied moving furniture around in the store to see what it would look like in my house to Ronnie and Chris setting everything up with great attitude and care not to damage anything. I will only shop here from now on. Thanks guys!

We have been shopping for a new washer and dryer and Dixon furniture made it so easy. They worked with us on price and financing in a friendly and professional manner. From the moment we walked through the door to the loading dock to get our new appliances, we were met with friendly faces and very helpful staff. Our sales associate, Seth, was especially kind and made our experience great! 10/10 wo

Went in yesterday because I have heard good things about this store. I never got a hello how you doing no acknowledgement whatsoever that we were in the store. Quite disappointed as I found 2 things that we liked but because we weren't acknowledge nor a can I help you nothing. We left and we were there about 10 minutes

We wanted a sofa bed. The guy that helped us was really nice. And got us a fair price.
We also got 2 recliners. Because the price was so reasonable.

Helped us out when the big box stores couldn't but sold us something other than what we wanted. The stove we purchased was far more basic than we were shopping for. We wanted simple, but we were convinced to get a stove that didn't even have a light inside or even a window. We didn't realize this until we got it home, and they refuse to take returns. Never again.
