Dixie was hired by my contractor in 2018 to carpet my home after a fire. I had to meet with them 8 time because the work was done so poorly. The final time I met with the general manager, Chuck. I showed him it wasn't tacted down properly, was cut short, and the corners had little detached patches in them. Chuck said to me " well what do you expect its carpet" I told him I expected it to fit the

Dixie carpet has been amazing, chuck comes out and checks with us weekly and to show his face and see how we are doing.
