We highly recommend Divison 31. Danul was prompt to come out and provide an estimate. He was able to start the job sooner than expected. Him and his team did an excellent job in demolishing and removing an old farmhouse. Very professional and kept in touch the entire time. We are now looking at him to do some additional work.

Division 31 did some clearing and mesquite grubbing for me. Did a great job, did what they said they'd do, and did it when they said they would. Seamless experience. I held off writing the review as mesquite is hard to really do a good job of clearing. They did a "meadow" for me as well as property lines in preparation for a fence. The price was fair, and most if not all of the mesquite in the cle

They were able to get the fill dirt to me the same day I ordered it. I really liked the driver's (Jordan) professionalism. He looked over the area and was able to navigate the 20 yard truck into place with the minimum impact on the area. He was very mindful of the driveway, culverts, and lawn area.
I will order from DiVision31 again for all my dirt needs.

Danul was awesome! We needed some dirt to grade our new house before laying down sod. He was quick and twice came back out to correct some of our concerns, no questions asked. I would highly recommend his services!
