Richard has been fantastic to work with! He responded quickly to our quote requests, great pricing, communication throughout purchase and delivery. He was kind enough to deliver material into the house…something not every delivery service offers.
This is the fourth project we’ve ordered through Discount Floors 2U and have been very pleased. We purchased Innova- Howell Mountain.

Our goal was to install engineered hardwood flooring in our bedroom and closet that matched the floors in the den and dining room, and at a reasonable price. Discount Floors 2 U was over-the-top helpful in find the right product which was at a competitive price, and finding a warehouse in our area where we could pick up the flooring ourselves and avoid the shipping fee.

Richard was awesome to work with for ordering wood floors. He had access to the same product for which sellers locally were charging 3x. He was responsive and found solutions to meet our tight deadline for recipes of materials. He made a customer for life in me! I fell in love with a flooring sample from Modern Craftsman in Sandbank at a store, but quickly realized it was way beyond my budget. I looked for the product online and found this company. It was $3 less a square foot, which WAS in my price range. I was nervous making this large of a purchase through a company I hadn’t heard of.
