This company was very responsive, quick, and had reasonable prices that they were very transparent about. Stephen came out to assess and then replace my water heater. He was very polite, leave a mess, and even thoroughly answered plumbing questions I had that were unrelated to the issue he was there to fix. He didn't try to upsale me unnecessary stuff. Our HVAC system went out. I submitted requests to four different companies and Dial One was the ONLY one to reach out to me the next day and get me set up for an estimate. Stephen went above and beyond with fixing our issue, showing me how to prevent it in the future, spending time to make sure the issue was truly fixed and in the meantime noticed my sink was running slow and quickly fixed that too! Every experience we’ve had with Dial One has been fantastic and we highly recommend them!
