Carl fixed our plumbing problem in a back bathroom extremely well. He added a new seal, adjusted things on the toilet, caulked, and cleaned up. Good as new! He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He is a master plumber, and it certainly shows. Devard will be my go-to plumbing company now. I am so glad my son-in-law recommended them. He has been using them for years.

Carlos Saenz was great to work with on replacing our HVAC system. He explained exactly what would be included and went over everything they did. The installers were great. Very nice. Cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend Devard’s.

We had a plumbing backup at our house that was causing issues in two baths. Carl, who we always request, came out and did a stellar job on recognizing the issue and didn’t leave one stone unturned. Back to normal, and thankful everything is back in order! Devard’s and Carl are the only ones we call for our plumbing; best in town!

Have had Devards maintenance for many years. Service is exceptional. Always prompt, professional and friendly. There are others out there, but when you get a good service provider you stay with them!

I called them at 10:53 in the middle of an extended freeze about a hot water heater problem (leak). Their technician was at my house before noon. The cost was very reasonable too. Fantastic service! Thanks, Carlos and Devard's!

My neighbor recommended Devard's to me when I got a quote for a ~20k pipe repair from another company. Looking for a second opinion and knowing what the other company said, they came out and with video evidence, were able to show nothing was wrong. Carl, a master plumber at Devards, goes above and beyond and is very experienced. He will make a trip to the parts store if he needs to. He installed a commode and fixed a water line to my ice maker. I trust Carl and his work!
