Customer service is strong! I was helped by 4 different employees on 3 different occasions. Huge selection! Very professional! It’s amazing how beautiful everything is put together High quality Professional and personal.

Do not ever shop at this store. Customer service sucks!! Nobody can solve anything and half their display is on back order. It will take weeks before you even get your order if it even gets there.

Customer service is definitely not there strong point. I was helped by 4 different employees on 3 different occasions and only one was helpful. Rich the showroom electrician initially was helpful but took a turn for the worst and was argumentative and unwilling to help me with an G9 LED socket I ordered. " This is a business and you didn't pay for an electrician to help" so he was unwilling to ans

Amazing selection, and good pricing. Couldn't give the fifth star due to the fact that on our special order they NEVER called us to keep us informed, and when we called we were misinformed. It's unfortunate because our experience had been great until the mishap with the special order.

This a great place to shop for lighting, but it much more. They have stone, ceramic tiles, wood flooring, and can do home automation. Danny has been in business for over 20 years plus there is a Las Cruces facility. If you are remodeling or building a new home Designers-Mart is worth checking out.
