Amazing store and even more amazing policies.
Apparently employees are not supposed to help customers because helping might affect their certifications. Truly a revolutionary customer service model.
Also, if you plan to buy a 100 lb propane cylinder here, make sure you come prepared with professional weightlifting skills, because customer assistance seems to be against policy.

My name is robert Lawrence I went into ace looking for the finishing touches for my train horn and mikey help me. He was so awesome I kept going in after I chose the wrong size bolts but he then came out after dealing with me 4 different times to my truck after finding and assortment9f bolts that would work for my horn and he did it all with a huge smile on his face and you could tell it was genui

Needed a small tap for an unknown screw size. Mikey took over and quickly determined the right size, found the appropriate tap, and had me on my way quickly. Thanks Mikey for taking great care of me.

The best to get what you want. Always Freindly Sraff on hand to help you, not like Home Depot and Lowes that kniw one is around to help. I want go anywhere but Ace Hardware.

Great store! They have things needed and unable to find elsewhere. It seems this store really knows the community. The store is neat, the employees are helpful, and products are nicely arranged for a quick trip and/or for browsing, with lots of interesting specialty items in addition to the basics.

Ace Hardware in Denton has amazing employees! Always helpful and friendly! It is a great place to shop! And they have fun stuff, not just hardware…and they have beautiful plants!

I had a great time at the Ladies Night. Dave was really kind arms helpful. Dylan D did a great job loading my truck. I always receive great help here. I love this hardware store!
