I called in the middle of December to inquire about getting carpet installed. They said they could do it at the end of January if I was lucky, but it would most likely be February before the could get to me.
One of their competitors installed my carpet the next day.

Unfortunately I didn't end up buying anything from them but they were so incredibly helpful. They spent probably a good 45 minutes showing me different tiles we could use for our backsplash. I learned I have expensive tastes, more expensive than my budget that's for sure! They were still absolutely wonderful trying to help me find lower priced options that I would like. Will never buy from them, horrible customer service if your job isn't a big one. Walked in to buy more tile that was used throughout my house on a remodel. Didn't know the brand but knew it was purchased there. Didn't receive much help locating but found it myself. I didn't go to their store. I've just finished painting a new house and their delivery guy came and knocked a hole in the ceiling. When I told him to be careful he got very rude and told me that I should fix it.
