From the moment I walked into the show room, I felt welcomed by this family-owned small business. Customer care was personal and there was no rush! This supplier is TOP NOTCH! We have been ordering from them for over 6 months. The whole team is on top of their game and quick to answer questions and assist. Family owned and operated, I wouldn't go anywhere else if you are looking for QUALITY and HONESTY in business. They will take care of you.

We are SO happy with the carpet we got from Demoda! Brett is such a delight to work with. She was flexible with us when we had to change dates. She is very knowledgeable about the flooring and pads. She took the time with us to talk through all of the options and listened to us when we told her what we were looking for. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I used Julie Waters, Love & Waters Design Services and purchased products through Conceptos de Mode and had an amazing experience. Love my new Karastan carpet I picked up. Great customer service and they were so easy to work with. Brett up front was such a delight to be around while the carpet was brought to my truck. I love being treated like family and that is exactly what the owner treated me like!!

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the vinyl plank flooring. We chose the Barnwood gray planks. I invited my nine-year-old granddaughter to come help me, thinking she would only be capable of handing me planks as I was on the floor.
