We decided to use Dawson Foundation Repair for our home's foundation because of the work they had done for one of our neighbors. They had touted the quality of their repair method - the Bell Bottom Piers. We were also convinced after reading their website and meeting with Mr. Dawson. The work crews were a marvel in efficiency. I was extremely pleased with Dawson Foundation. Once I booked, they followed up before my visit and showed up right on time for my appointment. I was worried about some issues I saw between my house and an added patio and they were able to evaluate and determine that I did not need any work at this time. During the bidding process Dawson showed up on time and clearly explained the process of adding bell bottom piers to level the foundation for my client. They took measurements and drawings and were able to give a quite quickly without any need for follow up. Dawson's was the hardest working team I have ever witnessed. They wasted not a moment and clearly had a long history of working together. This, combined with a finely honed procedure resulted in what I would call a "clean" project that lived 100% up to their advertising, including for example, attention to existing plants and piping.
