I used Dandy a couple of times. They did an amazing job with my Duct Cleaning work, however, fast forward when I used them again to do some HVAC maintenance cleaning they did not do the work and basically took my money. They are probably great with duct work but do not recommend them for anything else. Candidly if someone doesn’t practice good ethical business I wouldn’t recommend them in general

Didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment; they came 2 days after I called to schedule it. Crew was available 1 hour before scheduled time (instead of 2 hours late like many service companies). They were professional, kept us informed of everything they were doing, and cleaned up when they were done, leaving our house cleaner that it was when they arrived. They went above and beyond. Very honest, thoughtful, and respectful. They made special accommodations for timing for us to extend their work day and come late because we had a sleeping baby. I had shopped around and felt that many other places were being shady by suggesting much lower prices with reviews of them saying they charge a lot more after. I never got this feeling at all with Dandy Duct C
