I recently visited this location for the first time as a contractor, and I was thoroughly impressed! Daniel and Brad were incredibly helpful, showing me around their massive warehouse and answering all my questions. Their selection is huge, and the staff is top-notch. I purchased a granite slab and was so impressed that I returned a few hours later with customers to help them pick out some quartz.

We had a wonderful experience with Brad Bruno on a Saturday afternoon following the New Year’s holiday. He was extremely helpful, listened and offered suggestions, and found us the most cost effective option for our level 5 granite countertop. Setting an appointment with Cindy to help us choose tile for our bathroom renovations next!

Cindy is absolutely amazing!!
First time in a showroom as well as requesting porcelean floor tiles... well, I measured in inches vs ft or even supplied the actual needed sq.ft. and Cindy was more than patient, friendly, professional, and an absolute gem.

We visited the Daltile showroom for our Kitchen countertop remodel. Brad, greeted us at the front desk and showed us around. The stone we really like was not immediately available. He was able to help navigate some challenges and made follow ups to keep us updated. In the end it worked out and my wife got what she wanted. Thank you Brad!!

I am Bill Robertson and my wife Linda and I have visited Daltile showrooms in both Tennessee and here in Fortworth. Brad at the Fortworth location was finally able to assure my that the Panaramic Porcelain would hold up just fine as our new kitchen counter and island tops. Thank Brad.
