Awesome place. Plenty of tile samples to view and take with you and knowledgeable staff to provide advice about your project. I am doing a reno on floors and a kitchen island and Erica helped go over different options and provided a lot of great info. We had a fantastic experience working with Daltile on South Lamar on 2 bathrooms remodels. Michelle Lucero there is a superstar; she worked with us to find the perfect look for each of our projects, and went the extra mile getting everything ordered and delivered so that each different material arrived when we needed it. Setting up a design appointment here was a breeze. They gave us their fullest attention for two hours and even offered snacks. Left with samples, references for installers, and a quote on materials. 10/10 would recomend.

Jacklyn is the WOMAN! This lady is exceptional with customer service. She works in the showroom, She’s always professional, with a sunny disposition, willing to help, willing to research to find what we ask, and very helpful. I don’t have enough words to describe her. I hope she’s well financially compensated because this lady is phenomenal. Daltile is lucky to have her in their staff!

Great displays and extremely helpful! I didn't know about this showroom except that I was picking up tile ordered online. All the employees I dealt with, from online to in-store were personable, friendly and extremely helpful. Any future tile projects and I'm going to Daltile.

Shannon Ray took great care of us during our visit, very knowledgeable in the product lines and very helpful understanding what we wanted. Store had great selections and priced right. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful showroom and staff. Kennedy (manager) and Austin were so thoughtful and helpful. Kennedy promptly ensured patrons were assisted upon entry, and Austin was informative and guided us with thoughts and selections.
