Kathleen Oliver and her team members are outstanding. She quickly directed us to tile that would work best for our project including helping to work out tile installation design. We left with samples and a clear plan for our project.

I bought something yesterday trying to return it today.They're trying to charge me a twenty five percent restocking fee.I don't think that's fair.They're just cheating.People out of their money will not recommend dow.Tile will not buy from dow.Tile ever again

I sincerely urge you—are you thinking about using Daltile? I strongly advise against it.
I highly recommend going to Floor & Decor instead. Daltile made me waste my time, and even though the product I needed was available at another location, they didn’t make any effort to inform me properly.

Kathleen and Telma at the Plano location are always amazing to work with. Their product knowledge is fantastic and always very willing to help us. Visiting the showroom with my client was a great experience as well!

I, a retail customer, came to the showroom to choose a tile for a guest bathroom. The design consultants were excellent. I came in with a vision of size, shape, color, etc. and the consultants opened my mind to a very different look, which I came to be really happy with.
